Add some AI related top project and company labels.

Adds new AI-related labels and entity definitions (companies/projects) so the taxonomy can reference additional AI coding tools and an agent framework project.

Changes:

• Add label references under “AI Coding” and “Agent Framework” technology nodes.
• Introduce new Company entries for Anthropic and Anomaly, plus Project entries for Claude Code and OpenCode.
• Add Anthropic and Anomaly to the US division label list, and add a new top-level Project entry for OpenClaw.
