xrt.get_body_timestamp_ns() can not get right time

hi,
when is using the interface to get body_timestamp, but i get 0. at the same time ,the body message is right. how to solve it?

    # Get body data timestamp
    body_timestamp = xrt.get_body_timestamp_ns()
    print(f"Body data timestamp: {body_timestamp}")

Same issue, it lacks system status for validation, I solved it by re-calibrating the motion trackers and clicking the reconnect button of xrobotoolkit app on VR device side.
