Replaced Archived ClickHouse.Client

Replaced Archived ClickHouse.Client (https://github.com/DarkWanderer/ClickHouse.Client) on to Clickhouse.Driver (https://github.com/ClickHouse/clickhouse-cs)

What this PR does / why we need it:
Current client nuget is has been Archived. But same author create new official client https://github.com/ClickHouse/clickhouse-cs.

If I'm not mistaken, we're waiting for the repository owner, someone with merge permissions.
How are PRs selected for merge from the 66 pending merges? — Probably in the order they were created.

Waiting is, I think, our only option.
