[XBAP-22591] - Updated Date field decsription for Payment and Batchpayment endpoint

Description

• The Date field of the payment is returned as "/Date(1721347200000+0000)/" from API but document says it is 2024-07-19
• This PR is to update description of Date field for Payment and BatchPayment endpoint

Release Notes

• This is a bug fix aimed at preventing customer confusion. It allows them to perform necessary data conversions beforehand if their receiving system expects a different date format (e.g., SQL expecting a standard date string).
