custom genome for calculate-cnv

Thank you for developing this useful tool! I was wondering if it’s currently possible to use a custom genome, such as hs1 (T2T-CHM13), for human data. If not, do you have any plans to support or update to this genome in the near future?

Hi, thanks for your interest! Currently, there’s no easy way to support a custom genome, but we do plan to add support for CHM13 later this year.
