Apparently, under the "enemy cooldown" section, you cant click the arrows properly, to set the priority of certain abilitys. Or it behaves really strange. Like you want "Barkskin" in the highest priority and you click on the arrow to set it at the top but it wont go up. And when you test it and click the arrow to down the priority by one then it jumps 2 places instead of 1.
