Add potential WSL2 problems to network troubleshooting guide #471
Description
I was recently supporting a customer who was having difficulty communicating between his PC and a YRC1000u with MotoROS2. After some troubleshooting we figured out that it was because of how his WSL2 instance had its networking configured. He changed it to mirror his host's network and everything worked.
WSL2 is popular enough that I figure it should be mentioned in the troubleshooting guide. This is just about updating the network troubleshooting guide. Giving exact instructions and troubleshooting information may be out of scope and I have never used WSL2, so it may just be describing the symptoms and then including links to official WSL2 ROS2 information and WSL2 networking guides. I am not planning on changing the README/setup instructions.
