For the workshop you will need to:

Install R

Install R-studio

• Windows: https://download1.rstudio.org/electron/windows/RStudio-2024.12.1-563.exe
• Mac: https://download1.rstudio.org/electron/macos/RStudio-2024.12.1-563.dmg

Install the R-packages for the analysis

• Open R studio and type install.packages(c("qs", "Seurat", "SCpubr"))
