They improve security significantly (e.g. by preventing CSRF attacks) and Keycloak supports both of them.
code_challengesupport depends on cosmocode/dokuwiki-plugin-oauth#163, which is not yet merged. There should be no break if this is merged earlier, it would just not do anything.
