Using IDE built-in plugin system:
Settings/Preferences > Plugins > Marketplace > Search for "YouIDESearch" > Install Plugin

Manually:
Download the latest release and install it manually using Settings/Preferences > Plugins > ⚙️ > Install plugin from disk...
After the plugin is installed, You.com icon should be available on the right panel (might be hidden if you have too many plugins installed).
