On FreeBSD, NetBSD, and (presumably) OpenBSD,
sys.plaformreturns platform name concatenated with the major version number. For example, for NetBSD 11.x, it returnsnetbsd11. Following Python documentation for sys.platform, this pull request fixes platform detection inhidmodule.
