- Ownership and Rights
This Minecraft modpack (hereafter referred to as the "Modpack") is the sole property of Zachary Rose. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Modpack, including but not limited to its design, code, assets, and documentation, are exclusively owned by the Author. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise in this License.
- Permitted Use
Subject to the terms of this License, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Modpack for personal use only. This License does not permit any of the following activities without prior written permission from the Author:
Distribution of the Modpack in any form.
Modification or creation of derivative works based on the Modpack.
Commercial use of the Modpack.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Modpack.
- Contributions and Bug Reports
The Author welcomes voluntary contributions, including bug reports, fixes, and suggestions, under the following conditions:
By submitting any contributions to the Author, you agree to transfer all rights, title, and interest in the Contribution to the Author. This includes, but is not limited to, rights to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works based on the Contribution, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Contributions must not include content or code that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
The Author reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any submitted Contributions at their sole discretion.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Modpack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Author does not guarantee the Modpack will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Author be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Modpack, even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Termination
This License is effective until terminated. The Author may terminate this License at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Modpack and destroy any copies in your possession.
- Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of michigan. Any disputes arising from this License or the Modpack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of michigan.
