directly use types from zcash_tachyon in V6 transactions
Add deterministic test vectors for V6 transactions: empty, tachyon bundle without stamp, with stamp, and multi-action multi-tachygram. Each vector roundtrips through zcash serialize/deserialize and prints hex for cross-codebase consumption. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
