BitcoinVN supports shielded (z-address) deposits and withdrawals for ZEC, making it one of very few exchanges globally with full z-address support. Added to both the Custodial Exchanges listing and the Buying ZEC page under exchanges that support shielded withdrawals.

Summary
BitcoinVN is one of very few exchanges globally that supports shielded (z-address) deposits and withdrawals for Zcash. Until now, Gemini was the only exchange listed with shielded withdrawal support — BitcoinVN is the second, and notably also supports shielded deposits.
This PR adds BitcoinVN to two pages:

Why this matters
Shielded transaction support is critical for Zcash privacy. Very few exchanges support z-addresses — most only offer transparent t-address transactions. BitcoinVN's support for both shielded deposits and withdrawals makes it a valuable addition to the ZecHub exchange listings.
