Update all node packages

Foundation 6

-Updated Foundation 5.x to Foundation for Sites 6.0.5
-Cleaned up some markup in header.php and footer.php files
-Removed bower support in favor of npm

Foundation 6 alpha

Working JS and CSS for Foundation 6. Need to further test various JS related modules.

Also cleaned up the header.php file a tad and removed excess markup.
