When going into a submenu in the menu, it now keeps track of the current option and page, which are then restored when going back to the previous menu/submenu.

Fixed being able to selected invalid options in the Manage Flags submenu of the Cheats menu.

Fixed the selected option changing when in the process of changing button combos in the Cheats menu.
