Intro

use notebook in ./scripts to run the code step by step

Note that the installation only need to run once

1. run do_all_mask.ipynb to detect mask
2. run do_all_keypoint.ipynb to detect keypoint
3. run do_all_projects.ipynb to project and calculate water level
4. run do_all_evaluate.ipynb to evaluate result
