Removed nix, it has not been maintained in a while.
So we don't have to rely on external tools. For now only single file torrents but should be quite easy to add multi support later.
Shouldn't start listen() in the constructor.
* No hardcoded IP * Upload tests fixed * Docker containers fixed * Fixed various related bugs
Changes on branch no longer needed since we autogenerate them for integration tests now.

Update to newer compilers, for now clang 22 and gcc 14. Clang is easier to go to latest outside of the distro, on gcc staying with newest on distro.
