Corrected the tangent matrix construction for the Brinkman porous media term in 2D and 3D momentum equations.

The previous implementation inconsistently linearized the Brinkman term by omitting the derivative of the fine-scale velocity (up), leading to linear convergence and stagnation instead of quadratic convergence.
