This version adds the ability to automatically update the list of commands this plugin watches. It also lets 'command' type aims have their 'achieve' parameters updated in-game. The plugin also now can use Vault to verify the value of the lowest rank that can manually approve player aims, and it also operates this value on a per-world basis.
