Ethernet support

This is currently a WIP to get both wired and wireless support into the app. Currently I have no good way to test this as none of my devices have an ethernet interface. The emulator is mostly useless to test these kinds of things as well. If anyone is interested in taking these changes and testing them out please feel free!

I could test it if there was an apk around...

Btw, you don't really need god knows which fancy device.
Even just a normal phone with an OTG ethernet dongle could do it.

It works correctly for me, xiaomi with miui, android 9 with usb ethernet dongle
I think that signal level should be replaced by something else in ethernet mode
