You can refer to modules/identity/src/Volo.Abp.Identity.Domain.Shared/Volo/Abp/Identity/Localization/en.json file.

English version localization texts are: "Volo.Abp.Identity:PasswordInHistory": "Passwords must not match your last {0} passwords."
