docs: remove legacy Ergo images

• Removed Ergo assets: docs/assets/020/ergo.png, website/static/img/ergo-logo.svg, website/static/img/ergo-vscode.png.
• Updated homepage (website/pages/en/index.js) to remove Ergo feature card and Logic section.
• Removed docs references to the deleted image in website/versioned_docs/version-0.12/accordproject-tooling.md and website/versioned_docs/version-0.12/accordproject.md.

Thanks for your contribution @yuanglili. Unfortunately, this isn't quite what I had in mind.

The Ergo language has been replaced by TypeScript, so the goal is not just to remove references to ergo, but to update them. Specifically, there are some images which need to be modified where some text needs to be updated, for example, on this page, https://docs.accordproject.org/docs/accordproject-template.html
