- Added a known workround (thanks ceo_of_bacon) that ensures the experimental app is installed sucessfully

- Introduced a sentinel file ensuring the platform switch only runs once to avoid unnecessary redownloads on restarts.

This PR implements a workaround for installation issues with experimental Steam app ID 1890870 by performing a two-phase installation process that first installs using Windows platform type, then Linux platform type.
- Adds special handling logic for experimental app ID 1890870 with a two-phase installation approach
