⚠ CI Packaging Issue

The original 1.8.3 release artifact was built incorrectly by the CI pipeline and does not include the NebulaAuth.exe file.

This issue only affects the packaged release archive and does not impact the application code.

If you downloaded 1.8.3:

• You can reuse NebulaAuth.exe from a previous version.
• Or download 1.8.4, which fixes the CI packaging issue.
