Catch-all id for now
- add Lei Li (Carnegie Mellon University) as a person including orcid (ending in `-9776`) and institution of degree - change id for all papers with this orcid away from the catch-all to the specific `lei-li-cmu`
- add Lei Li (University of Hong Kong) as a person including orcid (ending in `-5104`) and institution of degree - change id for all papers with this orcid away from the catch-all to the specific `lei-li-hku`
though one case strange: 2024 emnlp of hku was listed on cmu orcid site
`cv-LILEI-2501.pdf`
- based on cmu personal website of publications - hku google scholar
based on affiliation displayed, comparison with openreview and g scholar

Partially disambiguating Lei Li
TL;DR: create explicit catch-all
lei-liid and single out a few (8?) authors with this name based on ORCID information. This case of author name disambiguation should help me understand how much effort it would take to resolve difficult cases (many namesakes, many papers)
Definitely a complete list of papers per author plus ORCID and degree institution would have made this a lot easier. reliable sources to verify or cross-check the information given also helps.
Status quo
There was no id in the xml for lei-li and the page https://aclanthology.org/people/lei-li/ listed 165 papers.
In the XML files I was able to find 5 different ORCIDs, suggesting high ambiguity.

lei-licatch all:might contain papers from authors without ORCID or papers from ids below but that couldn't be associated to a more specific id yet5 papers left in catch all,

Should close #4443
but goes beyond request in this issue (asking for just one person to be singled out, identifies also another namesake with website and Google Scholar)
