Migration to Microsoft mssql drivers, as denisenkom driver is not maintained anymore.
The main reason is that it includes this PR, that allows to fix the byte ordering of GUID types, if specifying "guid conversion=true" in the connection string:
microsoft/go-mssqldb#207.
