Moving the file doesn't move it in the navigation hierarchy. Should we make this a "topic" (meaning a @group) ?

Alternatively, we move it in the nav tree but keep the current URL https://acts-project.github.io/python_bindings.html.

I would want to avoid putting too many items at the top level of the navigation. Topic feels reasonable to me.
