@stephenswat As discussed in the meeting, this is another approach for #1117, which uses the graph nodes with single stream.
But I doubt that the CUDA graph in this PR actually execute the kernels concurrently as the computation gets slow quite much.
(You can find some details here, but whether it requires multiple or single stream to achieve the concurrent execution is pretty unclear to me.)
