The generate images has been failing due to the new usb host mouse library: https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle/actions/runs/14969427865
This change updates the actions from this repo to use python 3.12, essentially the same fix that was applied to the workflows from each library repo here: adafruit/workflows-circuitpython-libs#38
I think only the images one needs to be updated to fix the specific actions failure linked, but it makes sense to me to keep them all in sync.
