Spirit Board Tweaks

After some further testing and recording an introduction video for the project I found a few more tweaks to make:

• add delay argument to write_message() that gets passed through to slide_planchette()
• catch an additional possible type of exception that can be raised by the AdafruitIO fetch attempt
