Description of Change
I've added support for Waveshare ESP32-S3 LCD 1.9 board and successfully tested it.
Board link: https://www.waveshare.com/esp32-s3-lcd-1.9.htm
Wiki: https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/ESP32-S3-LCD-1.9
I've used the Espressif VID and the PID from the Waveshare ESP32-S3 LCD 1.69 board because Waveshare support didn't told me anything and in the Windows Manager I saw the generic 0x1001 PID which didn't worked for me.
I hope that the UF2_BOARD_ID is correct: ESP32S3-LCD_1.9-v0
