I extracted the DIIS @AdrianLDempwolff and I implemented in the
density_orderbranch and added some tests for it.I also updated the minimal
numpyversion from 1.14 to 2.0, since 1.14 is only available for python 3.4-3.6, while numpy 2.0 supports 3.9-3.12, which is more in line with our current requirements.
