Multi-Head Convolutional Networks for Post Earthquake Damage Assessment.

A convolutional neural network (CNN) written in Python using Keras and TensorFlow for post-earthquake assesment of damaged buildings. The model is trained on the synthetically generated QuakeCity dataset.
