This allows the status to be set to pending for the initial contribution created (before the api call).
A new checkbox is added to the UI (fourth from top) to allow the setting of the status to pending for initial contributions.
A check is added to the api call so that already existing contributions that are set to pending are not duplicated (ie does not create a new pending contribution if there is one already existing)
I think this only applies to the ACHEFT processor.
