chore: revert renovate changes that are breaking pr workflow

Summary of changes

Revert recently merged renovate bot related PRs, as subsequent PRs were had broken Puppeteer tests and the thread display of Lighthouse tests was not updating correctly and PR environment sometimes not building. Testing whether this fixes the issue.

The issue was actually end of service for the .hlx domain, blocked Dec 18th 2025 https://www.aem.live/developer/upgrade . The test config will be updated in a separate PR, which fixes the broken Puppeteer tests.
