Add support for Teleport (https://goteleport.com/).
Related Issue
Motivation and Context
Balabit will be replaced by Teleport hence support will need to be added.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested ops functionality for ssh, sync, run and playbook. Added additional tests for ssh with Teleport.
