- Introduced new API specifications for W-19097505, including a JSON file. - Updated ExampleGenerator to parse YAML data using js-yaml. - Enhanced unit tests to validate the new API examples and ensure correct rendering of payloads.

Fixes array rendering issues in Exchange UI and Design Center by introducing the js-yaml library to properly parse YAML examples into JSON. This resolves bugs from v4.4.46 related to string numbers, spacing/tabs, and array/object mismatches, while improving legacy test parsing.
