Several types (Config, Proposal, SystemInfo) are used in multiple modules. Without an explicit alias, utoipa uses the same name for all of them in the OpenAPI specification, leading to collisions and incorrect schemas.
- Include missing schemas in ConfigApiDocBuilder. - Use the correct path for users and raw_config schemas. - Avoid duplicate schema declarations. With these changes, the generated OpenAPI specification is valid.

The OpenAPI specification is missing some types that implement the
ToSchematrait due to name conflicts.Solution
Qualify the names so they do not conflict anymore and all of them are included in the output.
