This PR adds event listeners to the
conntetedCallbackof thecp-actionbarforkeyupandkeydownto check, if a user pressed tab key to set the focus to the next element. If so and the focused element is behind the fixed footer, it scrolls down to move the focused element in the visible viewport.It doesn't seem to work with wysiwyg fields.
I wasn't able to leave the markdown field with tab key.
