Bug: Dependency Conflict Causes Duplicate Package Installations

Upgrading moment-timezone to 0.6.0 introduces a version conflict. The package now requires moment ^2.29.4, which resolves to 2.30.1 in the lockfile, while package.json pins moment to 2.29.1. This creates duplicate moment installations in the dependency tree, potentially causing runtime inconsistencies, increased bundle size, and issues when different code paths use different moment instances.
