Add a user-facing guide for the auto MNNVL feature under docs/user-guide/. Covers enabling the feature via Helm, prerequisites and constraints, how ComputeDomains are created per PCS replica, opting out via annotation, scaling behavior, observability, and configuration reference with examples.
