FoxSniffer - An Audible S-Meter for Radio Direction Finding

FoxSniffer is a VHF/UHF (100-225 & 275-450MHz) receiver with tight filters and switchable attenuation for fox hunting / RDF. It can detect any modulation (AM, FM, CW, etc) and so is not limited to hunting any particular type of transmitter.

The core circuit is designed around a custom SDR (Tayloe Detector circuit) and an RP2354 microcontroller making it easy to improve and modify.

See AI6YM.radio/foxsniffer for details or to purchase an assembled FoxSniffer.

Note: the FoxSniffer is licensed for non-commercial use. See the LICENSE file. For commercial inquiries, contact justin@ai6ym.radio.
