Unlike what the header says, I needed to add the
-Uparameter touv pip compileto upgrade the packages, see: https://docs.astral.sh/uv/pip/compile/#upgrading-requirementsuv pip compile -U --universal --python 3.9 requirements.in --annotation-style=line -o requirements.txtStacked on top of #538
