Edit: This release is broken on Windows machines and will permanently break your Python environment. Do not use this - but if you encounter issues with this make sure to remove iesopt, then make sure that juliacall and juliapkg are removed as well (so not added by another dependency, etc.), and then re-add iesopt. This is necessary since this iesopt release mistakenly messes with json files inside these dependencies that will otherwise not be restorable.
