Removing `-vcodec libwebp` is recomended for auto switching bw libwebp or libwebpanim `identify file.webp` command shouldn't fail for animated webp files.

Description
To utilize standard input - output for executing commands whenever possible. If it's not possible, utils make use of temp directories.
Testing
I've been running watgbridge for many months with these changes.
