Add conditional logic to leverage the fix in 8a5bb3b. For v2.0.64+, the workaround is no longer needed as --system-prompt-file now works correctly with --continue/--resume flags. For older versions (< v2.0.64), the legacy workaround using --append-system-prompt-file for continuation sessions is preserved. Ref: anthropics/claude-code#11641
