The claude mcp add command needs to run in a fresh shell context after Claude Code installation. Changed to: 1. Run MCP command via cmd.exe on Windows or bash on Unix 2. Provide clear instructions to run in NEW terminal when auto-config fails 3. Update summary to reflect actual MCP configuration status 4. Explain that Claude Code needs fresh shell after installation
