Bug 1: Best-effort removal - ignore non-zero exit codes from `claude mcp remove` when server doesn't exist in a scope. The Claude CLI returns non-zero when a server doesn't exist, which is expected behavior, not an error. Bug 2: Display format - show profile-only server count when combined servers exist. Previously, the summary would omit profile-only servers when combined servers were present. Added 6 new tests for comprehensive coverage of both bug fixes.
