Storage Monitors can't detect decaying bases right now, because the proto entry for the
AppEntityPayloadentity has changed in the recent update. You can easily reproduce this, by setting up a TC with a Storage Monitor, pairing it and then remove the materials.The commit is part of the PR of the upstream fix:
